Year 5 Chocolate Workshop

Year 5 participated in an amazing Chocolate Workshop as enrichment for our learning about the Ancient Mayans. We explored the origin of chocolate and got to taste some different samples. We also had the opportunity to create and decorate our own mini chocolates using white and milk chocolate gananche!
