Welcome to Year 1. We very much see your child's time in Year 1 as a partnership with parents and carers. Please refer to the information on this page to support us with your child's learning both at school and home.

Spring Term

PE days
Remember children come to school wearing their PE kit on their PE days. Year 1's PE days this term are:

1PD Wednesday (Indoor) and Thursday (Outdoor)
1RA Wednesday (Indoor) and Thursday (Outdoor)
1IN Tuesday (Indoor) and Thursday (Outdoor)
1SM Tuesday (Indoor) and Thursday (Outdoor)

Homework
Children will have Spellings every week.
They will also have English and Mathletics set on alternate weeks on Friday.
All homework is due in on the following Friday.
